The effectiveness of BioZoneTM technology in destroying human parainfluenza virus type 3(hPIV-3)

Introduction: This report depicts the results of tests performed to measure the effectiveness of BioZone technology in destroying airborne human para-influenza type 3 virus(C243 strain, ATCC VR-93).
소개: 본 자료는 바이오존 공기살균기가 공기를 통해 사람에게 감염되는 파라인플루엔자 바이러스의 살균 효과를 측정하기 위해 시험한 결과를 기술한 보고서이다.
Method: The tests were performed by CNRS Lyon FRE 3011 in biosafety level 3 laboratory under Dr Vincent Moules and Dr Oliver Terrier authorities.
시험방법: 시험은 프랑스 리옹 소재의 국립시험연구소(CNRS) FRE 3011는 생물안전 3등급 연구소로 권위가 있으며 이 연구소의 Vincent Moules 박사와 Oliver Terrier 박사에 의해 수행되었다.
Purified C243 human parainfluenza type 3 viruses (109.3 TCID50/ml) were sprayed as an aerosol into an inlet leading into a purification chamber.
정제된 C243 인감 감염 파라인플루엔자 3형 바이러스 (50ml)를 정화 쳄버 안으로 에어로졸
처럼 분무되었다.
The first samples were collected from the inlet before the aerosol entered the purification chamber.
1차 샘플은 정화 쳄버 안으로 에어로졸을 분무하기 전, 쳄버 입구로부터 포집되었다.
In the chamber, the virus aerosol was subjected to UV light and/or photo plasma based BioZone technology, after which the aerosol second samples were collected from the outlet.
쳄버 안에는 자외선(UV)과 포토 플라즈마를 기반으로 한 바이오존 공기살균기와 에어로졸
바이러스가 실험 재료로 들어가 있다. 2차 샘플은 공기살균기 가동 후 쳄버의 배출구로부터 포집되었다.

The viral titer of all samples has been determined by limit dilution assay (LLCMK2 cells, ATCC CCL-7) and using the “Reed and Muench” statistical method.
The test was performed seven times, varying the active components of BioZone technology every time.
모든 샘플의 바이러스 농도는 과학적으로 규정된 (LLCMK2 cells, ATCC CCL-7) 희석에 의한 분석으로 결정되었고, “Reed and Muench”의 통계적 분석법을 이용했다. 시험은 7차례에 걸쳐, 매시간 바이오존 공기살균기가 가진 살균력의 변화를 측정하는 것으로 시험을 진행했다.

Note: Sampling was performed twice (from the inlet) before the virus aerosol entered the chamber and twice (at the oulet) after the virus aerosol had passed through the chamber.
주목: 샘플링 작업은 바이러스를 에어로졸로 쳄버 안으로 분무하기 전 2회(쳄버 입구로부터), 쳄버를 통과하여 지나가는 에어로졸 상태의 바이러스를 2회(쳄버 배출구)에 걸쳐 측정을 진행했다.

When testing the BioZone unit, the virus aerosol was only subjected to photo plasma and not to the UV light.
바이오존 공기살균기 시험하는 중, 에어로졸 바이러스는 오로지 포토 플라즈마에 의한 것이었며, 자외선 빛에 바이러스를 노출시키는 것이 아니다.

Result: The tests show that BioZone technology destroys the strain of human parainfluenza type 3 virus used, reaching up to 5.0 logs reduction rate in less than 0.44 seconds.
결과: 바이오존 살균기술은 사람에게 감염을 일으키는 파라인프루엔자 3형 바이러스을 이용한 시험에서 강력한 살균력이 있음을 보여주었으며 0.44초의 짧은 시간 내에 5.0 로그 이상의 바이러스 감소율을 달성했다.
