Introduction: This report depicts the results of tests performed to measure the effectiveness of BioZone technology in destroying airborne human para-influenza type 3 virus(C243 strain, ATCC VR-93).
¼Ò°³: º» ÀÚ·á´Â ¹ÙÀÌ¿ÀÁ¸ °ø±â»ì±Õ±â°¡ °ø±â¸¦ ÅëÇØ »ç¶÷¿¡°Ô °¨¿°µÇ´Â ÆĶóÀÎÇ÷翣ÀÚ ¹ÙÀÌ·¯½ºÀÇ »ì±Õ È¿°ú¸¦ ÃøÁ¤Çϱâ À§ÇØ ½ÃÇèÇÑ °á°ú¸¦ ±â¼úÇÑ º¸°í¼­ÀÌ´Ù.
Method: The tests were performed by CNRS Lyon FRE 3011 in biosafety level 3 laboratory under Dr Vincent Moules and Dr Oliver Terrier authorities.
½ÃÇè¹æ¹ý: ½ÃÇèÀº ÇÁ¶û½º ¸®¿Ë ¼ÒÀçÀÇ ±¹¸³½ÃÇ迬±¸¼Ò(CNRS) FRE 3011´Â »ý¹°¾ÈÀü 3µî±Þ ¿¬±¸¼Ò·Î ±ÇÀ§°¡ ÀÖÀ¸¸ç ÀÌ ¿¬±¸¼ÒÀÇ Vincent Moules ¹Ú»ç¿Í Oliver Terrier ¹Ú»ç¿¡ ÀÇÇØ ¼öÇàµÇ¾ú´Ù.
Purified C243 human parainfluenza type 3 viruses (109.3 TCID50/ml) were sprayed as an aerosol into an inlet leading into a purification chamber.

ó·³ ºÐ¹«µÇ¾ú´Ù.
The first samples were collected from the inlet before the aerosol entered the purification chamber.
1Â÷ »ùÇÃÀº Á¤È­ ÃÀ¹ö ¾ÈÀ¸·Î ¿¡¾î·ÎÁ¹À» ºÐ¹«Çϱâ Àü, ÃÀ¹ö ÀÔ±¸·ÎºÎÅÍ Æ÷ÁýµÇ¾ú´Ù.
In the chamber, the virus aerosol was subjected to UV light and/or photo plasma based BioZone technology, after which the aerosol second samples were collected from the outlet.
ÃÀ¹ö ¾È¿¡´Â Àڿܼ±(UV)°ú Æ÷Åä ÇöóÁ¸¦ ±â¹ÝÀ¸·Î ÇÑ ¹ÙÀÌ¿ÀÁ¸ °ø±â»ì±Õ±â¿Í ¿¡¾î·ÎÁ¹
¹ÙÀÌ·¯½º°¡ ½ÇÇè Àç·á·Î µé¾î°¡ ÀÖ´Ù. 2Â÷ »ùÇÃÀº °ø±â»ì±Õ±â °¡µ¿ ÈÄ ÃÀ¹öÀÇ ¹èÃⱸ·ÎºÎÅÍ Æ÷ÁýµÇ¾ú´Ù.

The viral titer of all samples has been determined by limit dilution assay (LLCMK2 cells, ATCC CCL-7) and using the ¡°Reed and Muench¡± statistical method.
The test was performed seven times, varying the active components of BioZone technology every time.
¸ðµç »ùÇÃÀÇ ¹ÙÀÌ·¯½º ³óµµ´Â °úÇÐÀûÀ¸·Î ±ÔÁ¤µÈ (LLCMK2 cells, ATCC CCL-7) Èñ¼®¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ ºÐ¼®À¸·Î °áÁ¤µÇ¾ú°í, ¡°Reed and Muench¡±ÀÇ Åë°èÀû ºÐ¼®¹ýÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇß´Ù. ½ÃÇèÀº 7Â÷·Ê¿¡ °ÉÃÄ, ¸Å½Ã°£ ¹ÙÀÌ¿ÀÁ¸ °ø±â»ì±Õ±â°¡ °¡Áø »ì±Õ·ÂÀÇ º¯È­¸¦ ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ½ÃÇèÀ» ÁøÇàÇß´Ù.

Note: Sampling was performed twice (from the inlet) before the virus aerosol entered the chamber and twice (at the oulet) after the virus aerosol had passed through the chamber.
ÁÖ¸ñ: »ùÇøµ ÀÛ¾÷Àº ¹ÙÀÌ·¯½º¸¦ ¿¡¾î·ÎÁ¹·Î ÃÀ¹ö ¾ÈÀ¸·Î ºÐ¹«Çϱâ Àü 2ȸ(ÃÀ¹ö ÀÔ±¸·ÎºÎÅÍ), ÃÀ¹ö¸¦ Åë°úÇÏ¿© Áö³ª°¡´Â ¿¡¾î·ÎÁ¹ »óÅÂÀÇ ¹ÙÀÌ·¯½º¸¦ 2ȸ(ÃÀ¹ö ¹èÃⱸ)¿¡ °ÉÃÄ ÃøÁ¤À» ÁøÇàÇß´Ù.

When testing the BioZone unit, the virus aerosol was only subjected to photo plasma and not to the UV light.
¹ÙÀÌ¿ÀÁ¸ °ø±â»ì±Õ±â ½ÃÇèÇÏ´Â Áß, ¿¡¾î·ÎÁ¹ ¹ÙÀÌ·¯½º´Â ¿À·ÎÁö Æ÷Åä ÇöóÁ¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ °ÍÀ̾ú¸ç, Àڿܼ± ºû¿¡ ¹ÙÀÌ·¯½º¸¦ ³ëÃâ½ÃÅ°´Â °ÍÀÌ ¾Æ´Ï´Ù.

Result: The tests show that BioZone technology destroys the strain of human parainfluenza type 3 virus used, reaching up to 5.0 logs reduction rate in less than 0.44 seconds.
